As real estate professionals with a substantial business experience as owners, operators, advisors and educators, we know the value of a cooperative effort. We do not just assume facts; we research to make sure that we thoroughly comprehend all aspects of the transaction. Integrity, Honesty and Dedication.

When we speak of integrity, honesty, and dedication, we mean it. We take the time to do it right the first time, rather that having to fix it afterwards. We are a knowledge based organization, using technology to enhance that knowledge.

We represent sellers in the sale or lease of their property, and we expose all properties to the widest possible audience of prospective purchasers. We specifically reject the idea of holding back properties for purchase (at below-market rates), by a captive pool of investors.

Similarly, we represent prospective purchasers, and thoroughly present all properties being offered without regard to the source of the offering. We do not hold back listings of competing brokers in hopes of first selling those properties listed by our firm.

While there is a common inclination within the brokerage community to attempt to do “both sides of the transaction”, we find that this is rarely in the best interest of buyers or sellers. We work in the best interset of those who entrust their business to us.
